Well, all the big banks are crooks here in Canada with all the fees they charge for everything. Many people put their savings at ING Direct, they are internet only. However, TDCanadaTrust have pretty good operating hours; but I hate them and all the rest of the big banks. ING Direct is your best choice, and HSBC isn't as bad as the big banks either.
