Pillowcase dresses?

Does anyone know where I can finda pattern or directions online for the pillow case dresses?

open up and hem the bottom seam. cut a small slit in the top hem where the border is and tread it though with either elastic to fit the childs chest or with drawstrings, take either matching ribbon, or left over hem and sew two straps for the shoulders. - or you can use extra drawstring ribbon.
