Definately Liar Liar. It's so much funnier than Ace Ventura (which just borderlined on stupid, not really funny).
I think that his funniest movie is Bruce Almighty though. But to each their own opinions!

I think I've laughed more and memorized more lines in Ace Ventura Pet Detective than in Liar Liar.

Liar Liar was good, but Ace Ventura really established both Jim Carrey and his comedic style.

Ace Ventura, in my opinion. But glad you like Liar, Liar. Good movie, but Ace was just a good vehicle for Jim.
