lets see... if your looking for ocean beaches, New Jersey's beaches such as Atlantic City, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon,Stone Harbor, and north Wildwood or you could travel up 71, to 77, then 79, then 70 to the Maryland/Delaware Beaches. All of these beaches are within 700 miles of you....
Or if your looking for a great lake beach, theres Sandusky or Loraine on Erie and go up 74 then 65 to the Chicago area,

Caesars Creek State Park near Waynesville, OH. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water, with loads of activities for the entire family.
