First of all, I would get on my knees and thank God for this blessing. Then I would place all of it in the bank - $500,000 in certificates of deposit and the other half in a high interest savings account. I wouldn't do anything with it until I paid Uncle Sam (who will probably take near to half of it) and my state taxes. Then after filing a perfectly legitimate income tax for both the government and the state, I will be free and clear as to what I need to do. I don't like owing any monies. After those major concerns are addressed, I would pay off all of my headaches. That would be my mortgage, my utilities, credit cards and church tithes. I would set up a college fund for my children, put $25,000 a piece in the bank for each of my grown children (with the stipulation that they would receive it in 10 years), purchase whatever clothing they would need for now and in the winter, pay off any major bills that my children would have and leave the remainder in the bank. All of this would be done from the bank through opening accounts and/or transferring monies into specific accounts. I would not walk around with large sums of money and try to figure out what to do with it. Then I would get a bank based debit card linked to a special account with about $7,000 in it, and go on a vacation. The bank would have the understanding that this card would not be workable unless I gave up a special code. This way, if the card got lost or stolen, it just wouldn't work. My money would thus be very safe. Again, I would thank God for giving me this blessing. I would daily use these monies to show respect for what God has done. Quite naturally, I will give some money to charitable causes. I will definitely see that it is used for good purposes. Example: If a conscientious neighbor is having a hard time paying a utility bill or is behind in a mortgage, I may play catch-up. This means that I will pay whatever has caused the arrearage, but not the whole mortgage, etc. People become lazy when the whole burden is taken off of them. They also don't appreciate your help when you do something like that for them. Most of all, they won't know that I have helped them. You can believe that I will personally go wherever the bill is to be paid and get a legitimate receipt for those payments. This way the paid company, etc. can not try and double bill the one owing them monies. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Be blessed and have peace, for now and always.

Why is this under Fashion and Accesories if answers aren't all about Fashion and Accesories? Oh, well, I'd probably buy an Alienware Aurora m9700, an Alienware mp3 player, a Ford Mustang, move to Hawaii, and put whatever's left (not much) in the bank
