Besides the translation, does anyone know the difference between this kind of tissue in a man, and in a woman

it means adipose tissue. It's fat tissue that's relatively located in the same place for men and women (subcutaneous areas, renal pelvis, around the kidneys, and around connective tissue)...the only difference is in women, the breasts are primarily composed of adipose. I'm thinking it's adipose (fatty) tissue. Not sure about the difference, though.
