First of all, is he an in-law cousin, or are you blood? If you are cousins by marrige, then I think it will be ok. But if you are blood, then I think that it souldn't. It would be kinda bad because it could lead to more things and that would be bad! But if you really like him, I would say go with what your heart says.

If you both agree to keep it to just fooling around and you keep it very secret, the world probably won't end over some cousins making out. If you start taking it any further, though, you'll need to be very very careful. It's definately the sort of thing that could tear a family apart. You need to ask yourself if it would really be worth such a risk.

I would really avoid this very tempting fantasy. You might not be able to deal with it after the fact. Even worse, it can lead to other things. Who needs that guilt trip when there are plenty of others to kiss.
