Making threats is not a very good idea as you could end up in court. You dont say how much you paid for the item, but first go to site map and find part that requests contact information.Insert user id of the person with whom you are having problem with, along with item number of your purchase. You will then be sent the sellers personal contact information as held by Ebay.Give them a call and be firm but polite and try to resolve this way.If you paid extra for insurance then seller should be able to claim. If this fails then try calling their bluff with the threat of the small claims court. As you paid by cheque you will find that you will get very little,if any, recompense form Ebay themselves.Thats reserved for paypal users.Hope this helps

Contact the seller and if he doesn't reply, then contact ebay. It might be that they have posted it and it's on its way, but taking a while. It depends on where it's being sent from and whether it's first class or second class postage as to how long it takes.

I would report him to Ebay. They are GREAT at helping you out. But first I would ask again for the item....and POST your comment. Then everyone can see it!

right it off as ebay are as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to helping buyers out, they got their end sellers fees and dont give a toss about chasing up sellers.
