No, I have my ex-husbands (we are still good friends) initials in a heart with butterflies around it on my butt as well as other types of tatoos on different parts of my body. I think tattoos are for remembering different stages of your life. I will keep my tatoos as they are. They are reflections of my life and I will add more as my life's adventures continue.

I got my boyfriends name on my lower back after dating for less that a year. He talked to the artist, also a good friend of ours, and they agreed that I was one of a kind, and he would never let me go. Its been over 4 years and we are getting married in August. And we have 2 beautiful children. So no, I don't regret it. Just make sure you know he's the one. I knew form the beginning he was.

I have no regrets for any of my tatt's - I have 3 and love them all. I got my husband's name on me - but he did the same and we waited until we were married. Getting a bf/gf's name is silly because you could break up at any time and then you are left with the tatt and a nice chunk of change to spend to cover it up.

i actually had a friend who was dating a guy for a few months and he got her name tattooed on his chest. no matter what that is ridiculous. the only names that should be on there is a close family member or kids. my bf and i talked about it and know that we will never do that.

never put gf/bf the tattoo is forever they usually are not so the tattos I got I made sure it was something I could live with for the rest of my life

Yes, had my girlfriend name and a heart placed on my body and we broke up a few minths later. Lucky for me we got back together 2 years afterward and all is good now

I sat in the car and keep "OH MY GOSHING". The person next to me (who totally and completely made me do it (I guess a Pediatric Dentist would have to be a master manipulator, eh?) was laughing, asking me if I had "buyer's remorse".
I got a symbol for "Family". It emcompasses everyone that came before my life, during my life and after my life here on earth.

NO, because a few of us have more sense to know that nothing last forever. Some people go through lots of pain to remove old names and initials of old lovers plus it cost. $$$

I have 2 tattoos and have my children's initials by one of them. I wouldn't dare get a tattoo of anyone else's names or initials.
