It's not a problem... as long as it did not choke on the rock and swallowed it; it will be OK. Turtles are natural foragers and often swallow rock and gravel. That is why gravel is not good to use as a substrate. If your turtle continues to swallow rocks, it will get impacted and you will need to see a vet. Remove all gravel or rocks that it can swallow. It will start eating soon and it will poop it out. I gautantee it.

I adopted a pair of sliders and they pooped out over 100 pieces of gravel. Remove it and they will be fine.

P.S. Often keepers use a barebottom tank, easier to clean as well. If you want something that looks nice, you can use large pieces of flat slate or large river rocks (from garden centres)which it cannot swallow.

Don't just call the vet. Take him there immediatly. Not only will he not eat but he probably cant poop either. If the rock is loged in his intestines he will need surgery and fast.

Definitely call the vet, it could be lodged in his throat, I wouldn't be able to eat either - breathing might be hard for him as well.
