Well...I have never chased storms...but I love storms.

I think severe weather is awesome! The power in nature unleashed. The danger! The feeling you have to be on the front line chasing severe weather. And not just weather. All natural disasters. Volcanoes and earthquakes for example.
But, unfortunately for me, I live in a desert that hasn't gotten a local thunderstorm for over a year.

i LOVE severe weather! nothing turns me on more than the loud crackle of thunder, fierce winds, driving rains, and lightning. i could easily be a storm chaser. i want to ride out a good hurricane. i grew up on the gulf of mexico, ive seen a lot of hurricanes, but not a really good one....yet. maybe one day.

I have three loves in my life. 1) My wife. 2) My motorcycle. 3) Chasing storms. Especially tornados and hurricanes. Lightning makes me giddy and I want to have my camera ready whenever and whereever it occurs.

hurricane Rita chased us for 28 hours but we only got 45 miles away.
