Texas lottery ( pic 3 )?

do you think the lottery is just pure luck, or do you think keeping up with the pic 3 numbers, day and night has anything to do with it, my sister she plays pic 3 and she wins almost 8 times a week its played 12 times a week , she keeps tabs of the numbers day and night she said thats her stragerty, she does not like to give out her numbers, somehow she thinks that will jinx her ???????????????

It's completely luck. The pick three game is allot easier to win though because it's only 3 numbers. Therefore, if you play it 8 times a week you'll win more than the normal lottery. The only way that tracking numbers would be useful is if they used the same number balls and machine each time. If the same numbers consistently came up it might be because of defects in those balls, and by picking those numbers it would increase the odds of winning. However, I believe that they change all of that stuff all the time, which would make the number-tracking scheme useless.

That's pure luck. There is no strategy. I won 5 out of six numbers in the VA lottery years ago. It paid $1,506. It was luck.

Every game is seperate from eachother. It's like roulette, the big board might have 50 reds in a row but the next one has the same chance of being red as the first. It seems like a lot of luck.
