I hope you are easy on the eyes...take a lesson from Ms. Smith:

* Take those good looks and make nice with an extremely wealthy octagenarian who needs companionship and care;
* Convince them that a prenup is not necessary (you are only there because of the loving connection);
* Have a modest (for millionaire standards) wedding;
* Get your name put on the real property assets as a joint-holder
* Retain a lawyer, perhaps someone named Howard (prepay services, if you can).

i think you have to kill the people already living their and then just take it. Pretty sure that's the only way that works!
