Well, Rocky Balboa's character takes direct blows to the brain and walks away fine. No human being in reality can do this. So if it was the fictional Rocky who appears to have super powers then he would win but if it is just a man then Ali.

Well look at it in this sense I think Rocky only because of the blows that he took in most of his film's I'm sure most men would have died after all of those blows !!! Don't get me Wrong for as Ali said I AM THE GREATEST and he Truly was in his time but I believe Rocky would have taken him down if he were a real person but that's just my opinion.
