Try scanning it using http://www.avast.com or http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 Those are the only two free ones I know that others have used and they liked it.
Otherwise, get a trial version of norton or mcafee and at least get rid of that worm.
If you have trouble quaranting that worm or if you cant get rid of it, then contact me through my profile and I can help you manually get rid of it.

Go to trendMicro.com and let them scan for free and remove virus at same time. If that don't work take two aspirins and call me in the morning

that is a nasty virus that is actually new as of this year.. it deletes important files on the 3rd of every month... here is a link on how to get rid of it... good luck
