the prosecutor mike nifong is the guilty one here. He tried to get evidence on the case and found none. Then he still proceded with the case and accused the players of being guilty with no supporting evidence, so he could get popularity and gain votes for his re-election. He should be the one to burn.
I feel sorry for the girl.
If the players are guilty, they should be punished, if not, they should be compensated by the state or the prosecutor.

This case has been a farce once the initial DNA evidence proved that not a single Duke player was involved. Nifong continues to push forth and so far, the only person to waiver is the accuser herself.
Honestly, this has gotten out of hand and Nifong is doing this for publicity. The story has evolved into a class issue instead of discovering the truth behind the allegations.
No one will do any time at the conclusion of this debacle.

No one will go to jail. The case has become to publized. It will simply go away eventually.

My money is on nobody. But I don't think people should speculate about guilt or innocence unless they were there in that bathroom. That wasn't the question, anyway.
