this is really a question like how long is a piece of string
it varies hugely from person to person - you can state a rough average but variance will be huge - for example in your 20s it might range from 2 a month to 12 a week!!
averages acording to various stat reports -
in your 20s - 2 to 5 times a week
in your 30s - 1-4 times a week
in your 40s 1 to 8 times a month
in your 50s and 60 s 1-3 times a month
over 60 - if you are lucky!!

I'm not sure there is a frequency - only it changes not so much with age, but with time. Newlyweds will have sex a lot when they are first married, then slowly over time it the frequency declines. But if lets say there was a divorce, and that same man or woman met someone else, then they would have more sex with this new person, than they did with their spouse.

It will depend on your age and health. If your 16, 6 x a day could be healthy. If you are 70, once every 5 years. If taking Viagra, who knows? If you are having sex over 3-4 times a day, you might consider yourself a sex addict and seek help. Yes, it changes with age. If not your age, it will with your partner's-especially if it is a woman. We become too stressed and fatigued as children, working, keeping house, financial worries, marriage stresses, etc enter our mind to to even think of sex-much less act on the thought. A healthy sex life is what meets you and your partner's needs. If sex is consuming most of your thoughts and time during the day, it is too much.
