Good place to thread eyebrows in the Woodlands?

I used to get my eyebrows threaded at this great place off Dairy Ashford and Bissonnet. I recently moved to the Woodlands and need to find someone new to trust my eyebrows with. I am wanting to spend $8 at most, I usually pay $6 at my old place.

I don't know of anyone who does it, except if you go to The Woodlands Mall on the lower level between Chico's and Coldwater Creek there is an Indian girl (18-20?) who works at a kiosk who I have seen several times doing it for her friends. I've been meaning to ask her if she could do it or if she knew someone who would, but I've been rushed everytime I've seen her.
