In the animal kingdom, most animals start becoming dehydrated or mineral deficient begin to have pain and hunger that leads them to seek water and discover sources of food and water that will end their pain.
Most people who live in the age of sugary drinks and fast food have lost their ability to identify what their bodies needs are and a University of Washington study found that over 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. For many of these majority of dehydrated masses, hypertension and fatigue is often a symptom their body is giving them to drink water but their body senses something is wrong with the water they drink and chooses food instead of water to attempt to answer their bodies need to hydrate their body. Drinking 6-8 glasses of distilled water each day can end chronic fatigue and ease back and joint pain for most of the people who suffer with these dehydration symptoms.
Another significant problem for those in the processed food world is the use of refined salt that has almost no nutritional value. Switching to unrefined sea salt will give the body a perfect food that is almost identical in its mineral value as human blood. A tiny bit of unrefined sea salt with the food we eat or the water we drink every day is like getting a blood transfusion.
Apple Cider Vinegar is an excellent food that can even cure uncureable rhuematoid arthritis. Adding a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of water or juice three times a day can help one's body get rid of uric acid and balance a person's ph. I personally drink apple cider vinegar every day for its healing properties and I have not had a day of sickness since.
I add a bit of cayenne, cinnamon, turmeric, cilantro, or other herbs as I feel something coming on. I am in tune with what my body is asking it to eat or drink.
Most Americans eat three to four times the amount of meat, bread, and milk than people in other nations eat and drink. Fruit and raw vegeatables are more often than not only a small piece of lettuce or tomato on a hamburger and most often Americans eat no fruit at all on a daily basis. Adding raw foods and fruit while reducung bread, pasta, and meat could significantly improve the overall health of most Americans.
Milk and other dairy products taste so good but what is it doing to your body? Milk is probably the most over rated food their is. A calf will die in six weeks of malnutrion drinking only homgenized milk. Milk is loaded with toxins and drugs used to increase a cow's milk production. One glass of milk or slice of bread literally contains hundreds of thousands of mucous cells. This combination of toxins and mucous is does not do a body good. Milk, cheese, and pizza are all sources of food most animals would die of malnutrion if they are consumed by animals yet for many Americans, these are staple non foods that create health problems from gut problems, diabetes, to allergies and other health issues. A good substitute for milk could be almond or walnut milk or oatmeal milk. It may be difficult to adjust for those addicted to toxic milk but addiction to mucous foods is not good for those fighting chronic conditions.
25% of Ameican's calories come from sugary drinks. Most of those drinks are diuretic and deplete our bodies of water. If we drink soda the we will need to drink three glasses of water just to break even for our hydration needs. If you want to improve your back pain and hypertension, the answer is not found in a soda machine.
Coffee and black tea are other diuretics that are consumed as a substitute for water but they are diuretics as well and for every cup of tea or coffee, three cups of clean water must be consumed to prevent dehaydation.
I hope this helps. My diet is not perfect but I add juiced fruites, high intake of clean water, apple cider vinegar plus herbs and spices to my daily intake of food and liquids. I had chronic neck pain for twenty years. Accupuncture and massage have helped me get my mobility back but my diet has kept me pain free for the last three years. I hope some of this helped. Find a way to give your body what it needs and not what it wants. You back pain and hypertension may be a part of your past if you do.
You may have some parisites that are attacking your joints and causing you to have degenerative problems. I would drink a shot glass of carrot juice with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne plus one drop of oregeno oil every morning until all pain in your joints ends. I would drink several glasses of distilled water every day. I would switch to unrefined sea salt and throw away my table salt. I would start eating more raw foods and vegetables and eat less meat and bread. I would eliminate all dairy from my diet. I would get at least 30 minutes of direct sunlight each day for Vitamin D. I would listen to my body when it gives me signals. I started listening a few years ago and today I feel much more aware of what my body needs than just accepting chronic pain. I hope you choose this path as well.

I suffered terrible lower back pain and couldnt walk for 8 weeks the physio gave me some exercises to do other wise I would have had to have an op and it helped me get back to my normal self. I still do them when the back pain returns, its something to do with the discs. Lie flat on your stomach and with your hands just lift the upper part of the body, this should strengthen the low part to go back as normal. Also dont carry anything heavey and sit with legs straight not up on the couch sideways makes it worse
