If you are including alive or dead, I would have to say Nikola Tesla as he gave us the electronic world that we have today. It was he who gave us alternating current, invented the wireless transmission of energy (telegraph - even though Marconi is given the credit) and actually made it possible for Edison's light bulb to work. If not for him we would not have television and the lighting system that we enjoy. Edison wanted to give us direct current which would require a transformer for every mile of wire. Wouldn't THAT beautify the landscape! If it was not for the fact that he wanted to give his inventions to the world virtually for free, we would be blessed with many more of the wonders that Tesla wanted to bestow upon us. Just like today, though, the money interests shut down any technology that would free us.

You should think of no one more important than yourself. If you respect yourself and have a huble spirit not only will you think of yourself to have great value but you will also want to treat others the way you want to be treated. Christ told christians that the two greatest commandment were to love God with your heart soul body and mind and also one like it is to love those around you as you would yourself. Christ said to christians that when we do good for others, we not only do it to them but to Christ also

It depends whose point of view you're looking from. To God, everyone's important.
