Its ok at night. I hate it when my hand falls asleep during the day though because it usually means it will be up all night.

I'm pretty sure this happens to everyone...it could also be a sign that you have carpal tunnel...it's a narrowing of the nerve passages in your hands/wrists...if you have a repetitive motion job (factory, clerical) this could very well be the case. You should get it checked out with your doctor...if it is from your job, you may be able to get worker's compensation for the time off you would need for surgery...good luck!

As a doctor I would say that this condition is very serious. This sounds like a symptom of a disease called Jergahousys, which if left untreated could result in the eventual amuptation of all of your limbs...good luck

You probably sleep in some funky position at night which cuts off your circulation... it happens to me sometimes. My advice? if it doesn't bother you, you're probably fine, but if it happens even after you decide that you aren't sleeping weirdly and a trip to the doc will make you feel better, do it-- better safe than sorry.

You might be getting carpel tunnel. You should get some hand braces to wear at night and it should help it go away.
