I put him and his family into the fathers cage so they could get to know each other a bit more. And their was no fighting or anything, they all got along fine. I came back and the male baby was missing! i think he got out because of the wheel somehow because it was against the cage wall (cage doesnt have a top) there was no blood or body parts so no ppl he was not eaten. i have a cat which ive kept out of the main part of the house so he wont find the baby b4 i do. I left some food out for the baby but he hasnt shown any sign of even touching it! HEEEEELP!!!

Set a trap by placing a bucket in the room (you may need to set several of these up) make stairs leading into the bucket with a few books and place a very tempting/smelly treat in the bucket. This usually takes over night to work so make sure the bucket is deep enough that he wont be able to climb out or jump out of. The hamister will go for the treat and will not be able to get out.

Well, you have to search the house frantically! thats what happened when my teddybear/blackbear hamster got out a few months ago. I Put a pile of food in every room and called his name and looked everywhere. Be sure to check under beds and couches. I dont know what to tell you, but if you have a cat, get off the computer and keep looking!!!!

Goodluck! :) I hope you find him!
