it's either your connection is slow or your computer is slow - if you think it is, try to close some programs on your system tray (da one on da lower right of the screen w/ clock) checking either of this 2 will help you achieve a better performance

hey buddy u need to setup ur cam from the prefrence options. like waht kind internet connection u have?? better quality or speed??
besides that i have Xmaster PK-510 300k Pixel Mini Desktop WebCam w/ USB and Ulead Software works great and it's not expensive either

maybe your internet connection is slow.. or your firewall is trying to block it.
