I have not one ounce of sympathy for BIG BEN regarding his accident. I am from Findlay just as he is and his attitude just sucks!! One of his former classmates is dying from cancer and the president to the class got in touch with him and asked him to sign a football for her and he flat out refused...claiming that he has no time to do so.....If he can find the time to sign autographs and letter home to his family than he could have done that for someone he has known since grade school. I think that Ben is nothing but cocky and phoney and if you ask me he got what he deserved..what goes around comes around....and just for the record, he didnt even have a legal motorcycle license....sucks to be him!!!!!!

NO, I THINK HE SHOULD GET MORE. MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF HIM. I HEARD THAT THE POOR LADY THAT ACCIDENTALLY HIT HIM IS NOW RECEIVING THREATENING PHONE CALLS AT HER HOME, PEOPLE NEED TO GET A LIFE. I DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR BIG BEN AT ALL.

I only say he got what he deserved because he rode his bike without a helmet, after his team, his coach, and NFL players past and present urged him not to. It was reckless of him to even ride a motorcycle. As Terry Bradshaw put it, if he stays off the bike for 10 or 15 more years he has 40 years of extremely comfortable retirement to enjoy his motorcycle. The point is, he wasn't wearing a helmet, he suffered the consequences, and I give him credit for having learned from his mistakes and rethinking his attitude towards both motorcycles and wearing a helmet. If what you say about his classmate is true, that's a really stuck up move on his part. Maybe there's more to the story than is out there - she turned him down for a date in jr high or something.
