Given that Batman doesn't really have any powers, he's out. I'd say Superman because he has strength, he can run away by flying and he can burn up anybody with his eyes.

Ok, first of all, Superman would go down first. Sorry to all you Super-shippers but Batman carries Kyrptonite on him at all times and has pummelled Supes on numerous occassions. Captain America would be next, and it would probably be a combo of Spidey's webbing and Batman's sleeping agents he carries in his belt. And, finally, Spidey would tumble in a somewhat simmilar fashion to that of porr ol' Cap.
So, in short, Batman would win, with Superman and Captain America would go down first and fast.

Scooby Doo. He's eat a couple scooby snacks. Chill out, take a nap and by the time the rest of them had finished each other off Scooby would step in and claim victory and smoke a bowl.....I mean have some more scooby snacks.

unless someone has kryptonite, superman. if not, probably spider man. hed be able to grab americas shield and batman would be toast.

I hate to be the one to say, but in a 4-man fight to the finish, they ALL end up dead. In that kind of combat, nobody could gain an advantage.
