I Ordered somthin form ebay how long will it take to get here from Tennese to Washington DC sent in USPS priority mail sent early monday 19th?

It should be there today or tomorrow.
If it doesn't, please don't blame the seller, they don't control how fast the post office moves. Always check the date on the package for the day it really shipped before blaming a seller for slow shipping.

If it was sent priority, that usually takes 2-7 days. It depends on the USPS. I once ordered something from an auction site and was majorly pissed when a month later I hadn't received it so I left the seller bad feedback. Then I received my package that day. It was sent PRIORITY, and according to the postmark, the seller did send it out when she had stated she did, the USPS just took a whole month to get it to me.

Two to three days so Thursday at the VERY latest!
If you want to make sure a package has been sent--have it tracked!
Ask the seller to put a tracker on it--you'd pay an extra 50-60 cents, but it helps both the seller and the buyer. (When I buy something I always include extra money and the tracker already filled out.)
As a seller, I now put it on everything I sell on eBay because too many people were claiming they never received the package.

Distance geographically is not really the case here. Postal delivery is variable depending on the service purchased for getting the package to its destination (overnight delivery will get to its destination the next day whereas priority mail will deliver the package 2-3 days after it is sent out).

Look at the shipping as to how long he says he will take, it sould not take more than 7 days. Good luck
