Great question--I wish I knew some good answers! I think this is a pretty good site for queer youth: http://www.youthresource.com/

Is there a community center in your area? Often they have good libraries and resource centers/groups for teens. Below is the link to the one in my area; their staff is really great and they offer tons of programs for teens, so even if you're not from around here, I'd recommend writing to them to ask for good resources. Another good resource is a university LGBT center. If you live near a university or college, look up LGBT groups on their website to see if they have any suggestions.

Again, this is a great question!
