The Pacific is fast and full of kelp, Atlantic, Florida, the keys you need to go out about 30 feet to see anything interesting....Watch out for the sharks.........................................

The Florida Keys are truely beautiful for snorkeling & diving.
There are various reefs out there, for beginners & experienced alike.

I don't know about Florida. I snorkeled in the Keys, and yes, the water is clear, but the fish and coral there are nothing to brag about.

anybeaches in kauai because there are so many beautiful beaches and many beautiful tropical fish in the water... i love it!
