With My LG 8100 how do I use my recorded tone as my ringtone?

and is there anyway I can get a saved song from my computer to my cellphone as a ringtone without a memory card???
Specific instrustions please, i'm not very electronic-savvy... lol!

Turn on the memo recorder and then play the music on the computer to record it. Then select the newly recorded ringtone on your phone and go to Set As then select Caller ID.

no. all incoming data like that goes to your card, not the phone memory. phone memory is specific for things other than that.
