I am a big fan of the gift certificate. If you have a paintball supply store in your area, that would be ideal. 14 year olds are not so much concerned with tearing into presents so a card would be fine.

Get her a few attachments to a hose that they can spray each other with. The nice things about that too is it will wash away the paint that is sounds like shes going to have flying around.
They make some nice little gun/fun attachments now and days that shoot perty far. My brother chases around his kids with them all the time. Looks like a ton of fun too.

U should buy a huge cooler and stuff it with caprisons and all types of snacks... like apples and grapes. or debbie cakes... that way they will stay kool and don't melt.
