in playing a game of literati, not using a time, the other player refuses to play - what do I do?

a forced forfeit should appear shortly after 3 minutes. Also the game will end if there are 3 consecutive passes.

That's why I always use a time limit. 5 minutes a move is always enough time, unless he doesn't want to play.
