I work maintenance for several large apartment complexes and love it. I do mostly electrical, air conditioning, and some appliance work. I make about 60k at it. I love it because I have no set hours, they usually let me do my own thing, and I can dress very casual. Keep in mind that I also save them a lot of money on repairs. I also make good side money doing air conditioning and heating and such.
