Been suffereing from severe pain in the neck and unable to do much with the right arm due to twisted spine. Going to Chiropractor 3 times a week but hasn't helped much. Been working with computers for past 15 years and the diagnosis is that sitting in front of the computers for long hours probably with incorrect posture is the cause. Anybody else have this issue? Is there a cure?

I would suggest trying a different chiropracter.

Depending on the injury, you can get physical therapy (most insurances cover that) to keep movement in your spine and right arm. Spinal injuries are tough to cure, but there are ways to still be mobile and healthy. Try Tai Chi, acupuncture, and and from what you are describing about the chiropractor, find someone else that is reasonable and know what they are doing. Always ask for professional help before you do anything physical that will not be fixable and become permanant.
Best of luck.

hey it is must be spondylosis or prolapsed dic
and it doesnt get the spine twisted or crooked. if u r in your twenties it must be a disc problem.
get yourself checked by a proper physician or a physical therapist.
if u r not able to use your arm then there must be some pretty serious trouble. u should see a good physician.

meanwhile you can use a hot soak and do shoulder shrugs and keep ur arm above your head if it hurts too bad.
dont sit too long in one position
dont keep thinking about the pain. that makes you go deeper and makes the pain harder to get rid of.stay active.try to do all the things as you used to do earlier.

there is currently no known cure, there is much you can do to educate yourself regarding Spondylitis and its treatments.
