Yeah I am. Roethlisberger isn't even that good. Well if good means handing the ball off every down than he's the best quarterback in the NFL.

You are not required to wear a helmet in Pennsylvania. That law was repealed a few years ago. Granted, I don't believe it is the best idea to go without a helmet... but it is not against the law..
.... in his case, however, it was against the law. Since he did not have the proper licensing for his motorcycle, he was not covered by the law which permits the lack of a helmet.
Personally, I am from Pennsylvania.. and will never tire of Steelers news.
It bothers me that people are condescending of someone in an accident, whether they are a football player, garbage collector, or homemaker. Nobody wishes to be in an accident.. and even if they are legally "at-fault", they didn't wish to cause an accident.
My mother was run over by an SUV last week... in a crosswalk. This happened in Pennsylvania. Would you consider it going overboard if I spoke of this circumstance frequently?
I had a boyfriend who was in a motorcycle accident.. who was killed. This also happened in Pennsylvania. Would I be bothering you if I spoke of this incident?
.... Or does this bother you because the person in the accident was a celebrity? People are people.. regardless of their occupation.. and none deserve to be complained about because they were in an accident.
Is the problem that you hate the team he plays for? I'm sorry that you have so much distaste for a team that the pain and suffering of a person who plays for them is taken so negatively.
If this is inconveniencing your life so much, don't listen to the news about it. Don't talk to others about it, and definitely don't blame people who were in an accident!!!
I have no patience for people who belittle those who were in accidents.. none at all. He certainly did not wake up that morning expecting to be in an accident, and wish for it. He will be damaged for the rest of his life.. and was lucky that he is alive.
And Yes.. he is an amazing football player!! He brought the team to the Super Bowl and helped win it. Anyone who can do this so early in their career should be rewarded with praise.
Again, I'm sorry that you have so much anger in yourself, that you are screaming for people to shut up regarding this situation. You are inconvenienced by listening to the news to the point where you blame the individual who was harmed... by no fault of his own... and those who care about him.
Best wishes in your anger management.

Not at all,its a refreshing change from all the Patriot hype we've been hearing! Ben was smart enough to win a Super Bowl wasn't he! But I will admit, riding a motorcycle without a helmet is stupid even if it is legal here in PA.
