sex-offender database,he remarries a woman with a child( the same age as the child assaulted), that he should be allowed to help raise that child? Keep in mind that the childs' natural father wants custody and this offender IS NOT allowed to have any contact with his own children.

Absolutely not. That man is legally not allowed to raise children. Why is one person's child any different than this mans own kids? If I were the biological father, I would call BILL O'REILLY from Fox News. Child predators are one of his biggest "things" and he absolutely lives to protect children. He would take this case up in a heartbeat and take it to the national stage.

CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY!

Get him away from the child and if the mother married the sex offender, then she should lose ALL rights to the child. They make it a law for a person not to have contact with any children for a reason. Because that is what he likes and can't help but touch. Also, do you honestly think that he loves the woman or just wants the child?

No I don't think he should be able to help raise a child...I believe in once a predator ALWAYS a predator...NOTHING will chance that...what's to say he won't try to hurt the child of the woman he marries?? What to say he won't do it again??? what's to stop him from doing it again. If that woman had half a brain in her head she WOULD NOT have married a man...especially if she knew that he was a registered sex offender...a MOTHER putting her CHILD is risk needs her head examined. I would NEVER put my children at risk like that...that's just WRONG on so many different levels.

There are no laws prohibiting him from helping raise that child since he married the mother BUT the child's father should be able to win custody based on this.

Absolutely not the mother should never put her child at risk, and the offender probably has conditions that prevent them from being around minor children look into this

u examine my innovations u might desire to run for place of work. have faith or no longer state legisltive right here in vt and is same crap someplace else voted down 25yrs-existence for those that rape young ones below 12. What Dummies the only reeason to vote it down isn't adequate time and that became no longer they have been questioning if u can call coddling monters questioning. To be honest There are intercourse offenders who did dumb stuff like grab a ladies butt or a 17yr old who slept with 16yr old who should not be thrown away like the rapists and moletsters and that desires to be adressed to boot Oh and the prisons are crammed with particularly risky potheads who're alot smarter then maximum judges and lawmakers

not all sex-offenders are sex-offenders due to mental instability...some are just perverts....who CAN change....i'm not saying they all do, but unless they are properly diagnosed with a mental problem that has them seeking for children, then they CAN change.....i don't believe in the sex offender's database....it punishes a person for the rest of their life for doing something wrong....there's a lot of jobs they can't get....a lot of places they can't live....it's totally devastating....so if someone who has sexually assaulted a minor is able to be rehabilitated, then i see nothing wrong with them being able to start their life anew and remarry and care for a child.....we all make mistakes people...

You should raise this issue in the court and claim best interests of the child to gain sole custody. Get a good lawyer and make it happen.

The man has proven he can't be around children. He should not be allowed to live with a child, for his own protection also. He has a problem.
