My personal favorites include "Boys Don't Cry," "In and Out," "But I'm a Cheerleader" (a great B movie that focuses on "retraining" a teenage lesbian), and "To Wong Foo--Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar."

Well, I can help you out with my least favorite movie featuring gay characters...I did not like Boy's Don't Cry at all...it was horrific. (which I guess was the point of the movie)...but I just couldn't stand watching the whole thing...it made me sick to my stomach to see what those kids did to Brandon Teena/Teena Brandon. My most favorite, as of right now, would probably be the movie with Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd, called "The Object of My Affection". She falls in love with him and he is gay...it's a very sweet movie:). Can't list anymore, haven't seen "Brokeback Mountain" yet, although i have a feeling I will really love that movie.

Velvet Goldmine! I love that movie so much!-- but it's hard to find unless you get it on Amazon. The soundtrack is awesome too.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang has a gay character, and that movie is really funny. It's another one of my favorites as well.
I don't really have any least favorites, sorry...

Favorites are:La Cage aux Folles and The Producers---funny and great films! I don't have any least favorites; have not seen Brokeback Mountain.

I love "To Wong Foo: Thanks for everything" 'nuff said.
and "The Broken Hearts Club" 'it's just fun to watch.
Least fav........Man there have been quite a few........
"Brokeback Mountain" Good movie, but didn't like it.
"Dorian Blues" As pointless as Napolean Dynamite.
"3 dancing slaves" -- The movie had hot guys, but no plot whatsoever.

the 24 day, latter days, to really good gay themed movies , you will love them there is also big eden so funny and of course brokeback mountain ,

Be Cool for The Rock... a gay body guard? who would have thought? And Girl Next Door... that kid who kept saying that he wanted to do things to the exchange student. I don't know why but I found it hilarious.
