Superman would crush Spiderman.
Superman flies, Spiderman swings
Superman has heat vision, and cold breath
Spiderman only has webbing that probably couldn't
even hold Superman. If spidey had some kryptonite,
then he'd win, but only if that were the case.

Superman. He has superhuman strength, can fly, has x-ray vision and can burn or freeze things. He can beat Spiderman any day if they got into a fight.
