Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed. Grass on the field, play ball. If there's no grass on the field, go around back and play in the dirt. These are all unacceptable answers to California's nazi police force.

The age of consent for anything sexual in california is 18. The age of consent for anything like alchole in california is 21.

quntmphys238 is wrong. I know in my state of Minnesota the age of consent is 16, as long as the other party is no more than 36 months older. Otherwise its 18. Some states have it as low as 14, I've even heard as low as 12. Do your research before answering questions. I believe 16 would be a good age to set it as. I agree with Whitemamba, old enough to bleed, old enough to breed.

The age of consent is all states now is 18 years of age. Only an adult can be consenting.
