Sleeping 8 hours on average a night wont make you more beautiful but will help prevent tired eyes and skin,reducing the chances of dark circles etc
So it can help make you look your best but obviously wont increase your beauty any more than right now

Yes. Having a good night sleep for about 6 to 8 hours makes your skin feel refreshed. Sleep rejuvinates our skin. Don't overslept too because it also creates bulges or eyebags or even black spots under your eyes . Eat a balanced diet and more fruits and drink 8 glasses of water. :)

yep. it's true. it's not just a midwive-born myth. Have you ever seen a co worker or a student or one of those people in the stores, that you can just tell are not having the best of days, just by their faces and their body language? You can tell, huh. And sleep is pretty much the easiest thing to tell by someone's face. Not only does it help you with focus and concentration during the day, it helps your body and your way of doing things. It also makes you feel a little better, instead of that half scowl people get when they haven't slept enough.

Well, yes and no. When you don't get enough sleep you have dark circles under your eyes and you just look like a zombie knocking on death's door. If you get the right amount of sleep then you have a healthier look.

It will make you alert and healthy and in turn yes it does show on your face etc...If you are well and healthy that is the bottom line line.Say if you had a very bad disfigurement I bet you would be glad of your looks then,do you see what I mean,it is only skin deep that ole beauty thang.cheers.
