Yes, go to the GNC and buy a bottle of CLA, which is an omega fatty acid. It helped me with eczema and psoriasis, it's supposed to be a supplement for athletes, but if you take 1 daily instead of 3, you'll see results i 1 week. I'm an athlete, by the way, and it has helped me in my performance, losing fat and building lean muscle mass, better hair and nails, sleep better, and even helped me lower my thyroid hormone to normal levels again. I'm talking from experience here.

Eczema … also known as atopic dermatitis … is a rough, red, patchy rash that is usually associated with extremely
dry skin. Often it forms large infected patches on the fronts of elbows and the backs of the knees. These patches
are extremely itchy, which If scratched could make the infected area worse. Many experience hand Eczema … scaly, split, bleeding dry hands. It’s not contagious but does seem to run in
families. In certain cases Eczema can be the result of an allergic reaction occurring on the skin. The cause of Eczema is not known, but aggravating factors include hands that are in frequent contact with soap and water, harsh household products and vegetable juices, such as potato and onion juices.
Those with Eczema should check with an allergist to see if they are allergic to a particular household product or food and wear gloves to keep skin dry while doing dishes or giving the kids a bath. Products containing synthetic fragrance have been shown to worsen symptoms.
I have a friend who used ABC Hair & Body Wash or Cleansing Gel: For the hands and body, in the bath or shower
•ABC Body Oil or a Skin Conditioning Oil: Once skin has been towel dried but left a little damp
•ABC Body Lotion or a Hand Cream or Arbonne Intelligence Body Lotion: Following the Skin Conditioning Oil on extremely irritated areas, use a combination of Intelligence Skin Conditioning Oil and Rejuvenating Cream. Applications should be repeated
as often as needed throughout the day to moisturize and condition skin while alleviating the discomfort and
aggravating itch.

I use a juice that is based on the mangosteen fruit of SE Asia. It has taken care of my skin problems as well as eliminating carpal tunnel problems I was having. It is called Xango. It costs about the price of a latte a day (about $3) and the energy and helath benefits are great! I became a member so I could get it wholesale. If you like, go to my site which I got for free for becoming a member: www.mymangosteen.com/dchase and check it out for yourself. Be sure to go to pubmed and type in "mangosteen" to see all the independant research that has been done on the mangosteen over the past 30 years. It even kills cancer cells in vitro and does a better job than all but the strongest chemo drug, but without side effects. To top it off, it tastes delicious.

I have pretty bad eczema. There's not really a food that I know of that helps. However, be sure to drink plenty of water. And, if you're using a cream like Elidel and Protopic, be sure to only use it when you really need to. There was an FDA warning about how long-term use of those creams can cause cancer.

i take vitamin e supplements, you dont need to see the Dr to get them either! They work pretty well at keeping my skin in shape! and you can also get cremes from Body Shop with vitamin E in them!
Also....Fish, oily fish like salmon especially...the oils are good for your skin, by eating them you'll get some omega-3 in your system! :-)
