The first thing to do is dicover the cause of the snoring. I myself sound like a chainsaw (according to my wife). If you are overweight, then as you sleep your throat may be closing off. You may being laying your head in a way in your sleep that does the same thing. You also may have a medical condition such as sleep apnea or deviated septum. The next time you have a checkup, ask your doctor about it. There are some commercial nasal and throat sprays that are available at any pharmacy. Talk to the pharmacist and see which one (if any) is right for you.

Snoring must see what is the problem mostly is fat guys get to snore more so slim down abit. Also another thing is that the way you sleep. Try to sleep top down this way the air hole is not block and there will have no more snore

use snoring stripes that stops u from snoring availabe in drug stores

I've heard that there's a device that you kind of clip on your nose that opens up your nostrils - don't know if it's over the counter or by doctor prescription - but ask your doctor - he should know - or if your a really bad snor'er see a specialist.

sleep on your side and make sure you fall asleep with your mouth closed!!!
