there are a few methods.
Oil it throughly and put ball in pocket and wrap with rubberbands.
Put bakk in pocket and wrap completely. Put under bed mattress for a few days.
Fill up a 5 gallon bucket with water. Put a ball in the pocket and wrap with a string. Submerse glove in water for 2 days. dry out while playing with it.
all of these ways will work, with different types of leather working better and producing different results.

i like to place a baseball in my glove and stick it under my mattress at night, it works the glove in without applying oils that can hurt the leather. Also, go out and play with the glove for a few hours before getting into a game, you need to loosen it up first and that will be another way to do it.

Glove oil and playing time....you can buy regualar glove oil at your local sports store..Its probably around two dollars...Spread the oil all over the entire glove...While the glove is still wet place three basballs in the glove either in a line or a triagle (depending on what posistion you play) (Line formation for a pitcher or an outfielder...Triangle for an infielder especially the hot corner.) While the balls are in the golve wrap the entire golve in rope or string...Let it sit for atleast 6 hours...Now that its loose it should be able to be used...The glove will also last a lot longer

Shaving Cream and a couple of Bungee Cords and a baseball and a softball. The balls are to form a good pocket and the bungee cords are to keep the form of the glove when you put it under the sink where it should go because it keeps the leather moist and give the shaving cream time to set in. Softball goes in the main pocket and the baseball should go in the webbing. That always worked for me.

There is a leather oil in most sportting goods stores that you can put on your glove. You rub it in and then you heat it in the microwave for quick results. It also helps to tie a ball into the glove.

Work in neatsfoot oil .... once it is loosened up put a ball in it and put it under your matress to mold the pocket.
Not only will the glove be better but nothing smells like baseball as much as neatsfoot oil.

Take it to a brothel, let it do some prostitution work where it gets trained by like 5 guys at once.
If that doen't make it loose and easy, I don't know what will.
