Aside from Midol and other OTC cramp meds, take some potasium supplements, or eat some bananas.

Mydol, ibuprophen, hot water bottle. I've read exercising, moving around helps, but not me. Also, birth control bill relieves symptoms or eliminates them altogether.

exercise and i know this sounds nasty. But some doctors will say sex loosens the muscles, so less cramps.

Ibuprofen, warm bath, and heating pads. Birth control also lessens them a lot.
