you aren't getting the nutrition you need. Start off with a big breakfast and some exercise, and you will feel better throughout the day. Or maybe you are not getting enough sleep at night. It could be many different things. Take a look at you habits lately, and see what the problem might be. I don't know you and your life so it is hard to say...

Many reasons. The first that come to my mind are lack of sleep and poor diet. Reaction to medication is another. If the problem is continuous, I would consult a doctor, but everyone has a "blah" day now and again.

Could be a lot of things . . . how is your diet? Remember, you are what you eat, so garabage in, garbage out. How are your sleeping habits? Are you getting enough sleep every night? You could have sleep apnea . . . for that I would get a referral from your doctor for a "sleep study." Sleep apnea causes periods where you don't breathe, therefore you deprive your body of oxygen. Many people with sleep apnea and don't know it, complain of similar complaints as you have.

Fatigue, mono, depression, lack of exercise? You ever hear the phrase..."use it or lose it". The same applies with your energy level. If you don't exert energy then you'll be more inclined to feel tired. Your body is like a machine that needs to be exercised.
