grab a playstation 2 and buy Socom 3 Navy seals to go along with it, Dont forget a memory card too :)
still under 200 bucks for everything.
if not wanting to spend that much, get a few oldschool cd's and the oldschool coleco handheld football and a ticket to a baseball game :)

A bus trip to something you really enjoy with a really fun friend. There are many day trips available and aren't that expensive. A little research and planning and you are on your way.

Something simple and won't last long. For my 20th birthday, I called the radio station, told them it was my birthday and requested a song from my favorite band. I was grinning all day.
