Nothing personal but other than early fundamental physiology and reproductive capabilities I sure hope not. The basic personality and emotional differences really set the two genders apart making each special. If the answer to your question is in the affirmative I might feel a little awkward on my next social engagement with a woman.

While in the womb, during the first 10 weeks, we're alike, men and women. It¡s during this stage, that depending on the chromosomes that are in your DNA, your ovaries will descend due to testosterone, the labia will fuse and the clitoris will develop into a male (or otherwise for female), that's why when you see a scrotum it has this line in the middle, where the labia fused. There are some babies born whose testicles haven't descended yet, and have to be operated. But for men to be women with balls, they'd have to be waaaay smarter. LOL

Technically we all start out the same. You have "balls" too, they are called ovaries. Your Clitoris would have been your penis had you recieved a Y chromasome. Look up pictures of women with testosterone problems from steriods, you will see the labia fuse together and form the Scrotom, if you search that be warned its graphic. So that statement could go either way.
