Prolly Ace Ventura Pet Detective 1&2....Really I love all of Jimm Carrey's work...he's really funny and very talented. Another major fave of mine is Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind....FANTASTICALLY done moive...all the intrigue of suspense and drama with a little hint of humor...Brilliant! I think Jim Carrey is a classic and has many, many years left in cinema.

His definitive film role will always be Ace Ventura, but I think he really shines in "Dumb and Dumber." He has also shown to be an excellent serious actor, as in "The Truman Show" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." I'd say those three are tied.
