It was an "A " match (friendly match ).
So Ghana has never ever beaten Brazil.

Yep! The under 17 team of Ghana played against Brazil not too long ago... and beat them. Watch out.. poor African country against rich Brazil.
Rich Brazil will be whacked and then we can't be bothered about the rest of the world cup! Here comes Ghana....

no not in the senior world cup.but ghana has 2 junior world cup titles and brazil has 3 of that.ghana has been in third place and second place too.so it's possible ghana has beating brazil before in the under 17 fifa world cup some how somewhere.
this is the first time ghana is making it to the senior world cup.
ghana ia a big contender when it comes to the junior(under 17 world cup).they won it in 1991 in italy.
on 25th august 1991 ghana beat brazil 2-1. at quater finals.
adriano and nii ordarty lamptey( from ghana were the top scorrers in that tornament.
in 1995 ghana beat brazil again on finals.(3-2).on 20th august in equador.
ghana was second in 1997 when brazil won thier first under 17 world cup since 1985 when it started.ghana was third in 1997 when brazil deffended.
ghana is a great soccer team. it's rather unfortunate they have not had tha chance to showcase thier talnt at the senior level.
it is often reffered to as tha "african brazil".
tho this is ghana's first senior wold cup appearance the world should watch.it took them only 2 appearances to win the junior wold cup.it took brazil 12 whole years to have that cup.and that was 6 apearance. the wold should watch out for ghana.

brazil is not a rich country (by world standards).yet it's the richest country interms of soccer.
the worlds most richest country ( and you know who i refere to) has made 8 appearnces but can not boast of any great achievments.
ONE OTHER FACT IA THAT THE USA HAS MADE A TOTAL OF 11 APEARANCES IN THE JUNIOR( UNDER 17 WORLD CUP) the BEST THEY HAVE EVER PERFORMED WAS 4th POSSITION IN 1999 IN NEW ZEALAND.
ALSO USA HAS MET WITH GHANA ONCE IN THIS TOURNERMENT AND THE USA LOST 2-0 .AND THAT WAS ON 8TH AUGUST 1995 IN EQUADOR.
AND IT,S GOING TO HAPPING AGAIN.
and the usa is going down agaist ghana today.
