Dunkin is not managed wisely. If the execs do a little more research on the competition, and expansion, then DD may likely be all over the domestic US, and earning more bucks.
I personally like the products DD sells they just need to position the stores where there is high traffic, look at Starbucks!

They have had their business taken away by coffee houses. They have not tried to compete with the likes of Tim Horton or Starbucks.
The ones in my area have no drive-through, which gives away their business to the other two immediately. Even our one area Krispy Kreme has a drive through.
