My ping is 55 speed is Almost 1.56mb

Top of web page tolls internet options delete files delete cookies clear history, content clear ssl state autocomplete clear forms.
Then go to your C Drive Windows Prefetch delete all thats there but not layout.
Also switch the power of to your modem and leave for 5 Min's then switch back on and leave for another 5 Min's.
D/load ccleaner and eusing free and easy to use.

try hitting Ctrl+F5 to reload the page ..without cache...
then check your Firewall setting.. and make sure that your Browser is able to get connected... if non of these works try reinstalling your browser..
mostly this problem could be from your Fire wall

you need to clean browser cache in your spy mail .
